Pickwick is my home and has been since the 70's.  I raised my son here and he and his wife are now raising their children on Pickwick Lake every chance they get.  
I've been Listing and Selling Real Estate since 1981 at Pickwick and this is my 45th year!  Needless to say, I love what I do. Even some of the people I've met (as a buyer or seller) have become lifetime friends.
You'll find that Pickwick is a "neighborhood" not just a resort area.  We have several of the modern conveniences at your doorstep...but still somewhat of a slower pace to love and enjoy our lifestyle.
